Joseph Caldwell and Wesley Sanders both own shares in Venteur, an ICHRA-focused startup.

Wesley Sanders also owns shares in HealthSherpa, a private technology company that operates a HealthCare.gov–integrated enrollment platform for Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans used by consumers, brokers, and partners to compare plans and complete applications.

None of these personal holdings are used in compiling our analyses of publicly available firms. We do not do business with any publicly traded firms and have no plans to do business with them.

No. However, we note that Wesley Sanders is employed as a part-time professor at Dalton State College, part of the University System of Georgia. This role has no direct contact with any relevant government or regulatory authorities and his instruction is in the area of philosophy with no direct relevance to the subject matter.
